we use the highest quality output devices and papers for our print service.
All small and large format photographic prints are produced on ILFORD GALLERY photographic paper and are rated at 75 years fade resistance. The quality of the small preview image shown on the webpage is not indicative of the final print, which is produced from a higher resolution image.
Please note: by default we crop images to match the shape of the selected print size. If you wish we can shrink-to-fit.

Prices for prints from our gallery are set by the gallery owner and are found at the top of the "Gallery" section.

Post and packing charge applies to each order.

Courier and Special Delivery

UK SPECIAL DELIVERY

We use first class post for UK addresses and Air Mail for overseas orders up to 2kg in weight. FedEx International Priority shipping is available for orders over 2kg. The shopping basket will show the shipping charge for your order.
Any order for UK delivery valued at more than £30 is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and so will require a signature upon receipt. If your order weighs over 2kg then it will be sent by overnight courier. You should specificy a delivery address where someone can sign for the items.
Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent you may wish to use our COURIER or SPECIAL DELIVERY options. Your order will receive internal priority handling and will be dispatched as soon as possible by a method with guaranteed next working day delivery. Please note that for large orders or those containing gifts, it will still take us more than a day to prepare the order for dispatch. You should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.
Turnaround Times
Small format print orders are usually dispatched same day if received by 12pm Monday to Friday. Most UK customers receive their order next morning following dispatch. Larger orders and those with special instructions may require more time. If your order is urgent you should consider choosing COURIER or SPECIAL delivery methods on the checkout page. You will receive an email notification as soon as the order is dispatched. Poster-sized prints and gift items require up to 3 working days before dispatch but are often shipped sooner.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail.
VAT
The prices quoted on this page are shown inclusive of VAT at 17.5% if your country is within the European Union, otherwise prices are VAT exempt. If using our service from the Channel Islands, please set your country to "Channel Islands" rather than United Kingdom to benefit from VAT exemption.
Payment Methods
The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and Pay pal. All payment transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from us that we have done so. This confirmation will be by e-mail.
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfill your order then you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfillment of your order then please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print before a refund will be issued.
